ZOT’S PENTHOUSE is an exclusive apartment on the eighth and top floor of a seafront building, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

The large size houses two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room.

The pride is the terrace, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Follonica and unforgettable sunsets, perhaps with a good glass of Tuscan wine in hand.

The location is ideal: the beach, both free and private, is only 200 meters away, while the train station is about 300 meters away. The pedestrian center is a 5-minute walk away, making the location convenient for exploring the area on foot or by bike.

Linen will be provided at an additional cost of €15 per person.
